JEFFERSON CITY - Members of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers are requested to advocate for industry issues at the 2019 Capitol Day. On March 27, MSPE teams up with ACEC Missouri and the Mercury Alliance’s advocacy day to spend the day learning and meeting with state legislators. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to help educate lawmakers on issues of importance to Licensed Professional Engineers!
Preliminary Agenda:
9:00 AM- Arrive at MSPE/ACEC Office (200 E McCarty Street; Jefferson City)
9:15 AM – Overview of legislative issues by MSPE/ACEC Contract Lobbyist
Mark Rhoads, MSPE Executive Director Travis Lowe and ACEC/MO Executive Director Bruce Wylie
10 AM- Mercury Alliance Update by Mercury Alliance Executive Director Jeff Glenn
11:00- Statehouse through 3:30pm
